Our full day trip will begin from your guest house at 08:30 am. We drive out of Chiangmai's city center,stopping at a local market to get supplies. Arriving at our private river camp in Sop Kai, we gear up our rafts, feast on a healthy Thai buffet and "put in" just before 12:00 pm. We push our way through about 20-25 rapids ranging from grade 2 to 4. The day is filled with spectactular jungle views as we pass river side hill tribe camps, an elephant camp, while observing wildlife in its natural habitat.

Continuing along the river, the gradient becomes steeper and the rapids become more frequent, encountering rapids with such names as "Dragon" and "Near the Wall."
We finish our day's trip at our lower river camp around 4:00 pm. Returning to Chiang Mai before 6:00 pm.
